I am impressed by the small things the people at Hometown Pharmacy do that go above anything they would be required to do. I forgot my face mask the other day, I was feeling very anxious about being in the store without it. I mentioned to Ms.Vaughn that I was uncomfortable without the mask and she just gave me one... simple as that. I know this settings like a small issue, but these small kindnesses are frequent from the people who work in the Columbiana branch of Hometown Pharmacy.

I actually switched to Hometown Pharmacy from Rite-Aid, which is across the street from each other. Rite-Aid continually was "out" of my prescription medication which I needed for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Plus every time I go to Hometown Pharmacy, they greet me by my name, not as just some random person. Every one is really sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend the Columbiana location!

I've been going to this pharmacy for the last 5 or 6 years and have always had great experiences. They fill prescriptions quickly and have even gone above and beyond, when they didn't have my medication in stock they sent their driver to another location to pick it up for me to have the same day.
